Ingenious City
Digital platform for Ingenious City, an innovation hub in Kinshasa: programmes, news and events, startup directory, an e-learning space with mentoring, and online workspace booking.
Context
Ingenious City is an entrepreneurship support hub with a 1,200 m² campus in downtown Kinshasa. It trains, promotes and connects entrepreneurs through programmes such as Orange Corners RD Congo, and needed one platform for its community, its learners and its coworking clients.
The platform
- A public website presenting the hub’s mission, programmes, key figures, testimonials and partners
- News, blog, events and gallery sections, directories of startups and entrepreneurs, and a community forum
- A partner announcements space that gives visibility to the ecosystem
- A learning platform with a course catalogue, learning paths, mentoring and a trainers area
- Online booking of coworking desks, meeting rooms and event spaces
Technology
A Django (Python) application with Tailwind CSS templates and React single-page modules, served by Nginx.
