Website
TouristDoctor
24/7 medical assistance website for travellers in Mauritius: teleconsultation, doctor visits to hotels and villas, e-prescriptions and a direct line to a doctor.
Context
TouristDoctor is the traveller-facing service of Medic Assistance International: licensed doctors available day and night across Mauritius for tourists, expats and students. We delivered the website with our group partner Zedeal Group Hub Ltd.
What we built
- A website with a language selector that explains the service in a few seconds: on-site visits to hotels, resorts and villas, teleconsultation and e-prescriptions
- A guide to common situations (stomach bugs, fever, minor injuries, sunburn, prescription refills) with the fastest way to get care
- Several ways to reach a doctor: the 24/7 hotline, WhatsApp and a “Talk to a doctor” request
- A B2B section for hotels and partners, travel advice, and links to the iOS and Android apps
Technology
A Next.js and React website.
