Problem study and understanding
It’s about de ning the problem you want to solve and the goals you want to reach. Solutions that you propose are much more efficient if you focused enough on understanding the problem beforehand.
Time for development
Software development consists in a set of activities that are often grouped in 3 steps: Analysis, well said development (writing and testing the programs) and then delivery. It is also crucial to follow along deadlines.
Community training
Given that consumers’ ignorance of how the app is relevant to them causes them not to use it, at Updev, in addition to setting up the solution, developer is called upon to introduce, train and bring people to actually use it.
